For Nonprofit Vendors

You are invited to participate!

Calling all exhibitors to LumaFest!  This is a great opportunity for your organization to invite public participation. Participation with local nonprofit community based organizations will enhance the mission of SRJC Petaluma LumaFest by providing information and generating additional interest in your cause. 

Options to participate

Participation can be as simple as staffing an information table, or as elaborately interactive as you can imagine.  Activities and how-to demonstrations are encouraged.  Unique ideas, performances, and entertainment (especially geared towards children) is welcome.  

Fees

LumaFest relies heavily on sponsors and application fees to support the event.  There is a non-refundable application fee of $35 for non-profit organizations and includes a table and 1-2 chairs (while supplies last).  

Deadlines

The registration deadline is September 27, 2017. The payment deadline is October 4, 2017.
