For Local Business Vendors

You are invited!

Calling all exhibitors to El Día de los Muertos!  Local businesses are important to our community, and are a great part of the El Día de los Muertos. We invite you to participate in our El Día de los Muertos open house and education fair.

We invite local businesses to join us for this special event.  If you would like, your business can also be an official sponsor of El Día de los Muertos.

Options for participation

Participation can be as simple as staffing an information table, or as elaborately interactive as you can imagine.  Activities and how-to demonstrations are encouraged.

To join us, fill out the online participation form below – one form per activity or booth.  

Fees

LumaFest relies heavily on sponsors and application fees to support the event.  There is a non-refundable application fee of $50 for business vendors and includes a table and 1-2 chairs (while supplies last).  

Deadlines

The registration deadline is October 5, 2018. The payment deadline is October 12, 2018.
