You are invited to participate!

We are looking for wonderful food vendors to make LumaFest a success. We invite you to participate in our LumaFest open house and education fair.

Our goal is to provide LumaFest attendees quality, affordable, and diverse food options.  

Food Vendor Requirements

Food trucks and food vendors must be fully licensed and permitted to operate in Sonoma County. 

Food trucks and food vendors may start to arrive by 9:30 am. You must be in place no later than 10:30am, ready to operate by 11am, and remain in operation until 3 pm.

Any electrical or power needs must be communicated and approved in advance and the request included in your application.

Fees

LumaFest relies heavily on sponsors and application fees to support the event.  There is a non-refundable application fee of $75 for food vendors and includes a table and 1-2 chairs (while supplies last).  

Deadlines

The registration deadline is October 4, 2019. The payment deadline is October 11, 2019.
